Amenities
Commerce Fitness is equipped with high quality LifeFitness machines such as treadmills, ellipticals, rowers, Peloton stationary bikes, weight training and selectorized machines , and a wide selection of free weights.
A small functional training area is also designated for members to stretch or create their own workout programs. Fitness assessments and DIY workout plans are also included and complimentary for all members.
Private lockers, changing rooms and showers are conveniently located within the fitness center.

GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
Included with your membership, are live and virtual group exercise classes offering you the convenience, customization and versatility of including fitness in your work day. Check out our Group Exercise schedule in the gym and on MindBody to see current offerings.
PERSONAL AND GROUP TRAINING
1:1, partner or group training is available with our onsite certified personal trainers for a nominal rate when compared to surrounding gyms. Sign up for a training package with one of our credentialed fitness professionals to receive your customized workout plan that fits within in your goals.
