VIRTUAL FITNESS
Not in the office regularly? Try our Simplex OnDemand platform that includes Yoga, HIIT, Cycling, Pilates, Zumba, and much more. New classes are added each week. Inquire with the onsite fitness team on how to sign up.
PERSONAL AND GROUP TRAINING
Our certified personal trainers are onsite to offer 1:1, partner or group training to all members at an affordable rate.
Sign up for a training package with one of our certified fitness professionals to receive your customized workout plan that fits within in your goals.

1700 fitness center is equipped with state of the art fitness machines by Matrix (treadmills, ellipticals, step mills, stationary bikes and Pelotons) along with weight machines and a wide selection of free weights. Lockers, changing rooms and showers are conveniently available.
